LOL at Putin and his officials literally laughing out loud at Obama's most recent sanctions enforcement. Firstly, it's not even known if any of these individuals under the sanctions actually own U.S. assets or not -- the fact that they laughed and scorned them reveals that it's of no importance or concern to them in either case.

Hopefully some of you in here are aware that the information reported in recent weeks by the mainstream is greatly distorted and in some cases, far removed from what's actually going on. As is usually the case, there are several underlying factors and motives behind these kinds of events that aren't widely known. I suggest you do your own research on the matter.
