As far as i know they are a black rags gang. Couple years old. Probably small. Around the highschool off baseline, in rialto. The name of that school slips my mind at the moment though. Ike? Eisenhower? I only called them a gang because that is how they hit it up, as N.C.Gangstas, so if they are not a gang, thats they bad for representing themselves as one.

No Cuttz is a gang Jae u had it right the first time, they juss hella small but so are RBH, CBH, LOC'S ect. All they homies I kno get active tho. My nigga T Mac is a rep from Cuttz from bacc when they 1st started. They beef wit a lot of hoods in the area but they main shit was the NL's bacc n the gap. Now they funk wit HSC, CBH, RBH, LOC's and NSR-RNZ. And they hood is on West Jackson and Cactus.

HHS did have an injunction out in Fontana from what i've read. I originally thought that it was TFK because a article I had read just said that a South Ridge gang had one. But I read something else that was more specific and it said that HHS got a injunction placed on them in the early 90's that was deemed ineffective. I guess thats the reason why most of yall heads went to the Westside??? But I never heard of no injunction on anybody else in Fontana. Especially YRG, maybe Tracc Gang got consideration for one but it never went through if so.

yeah but it never stook i know what your talkin about though...we were the only hood to have an injunction put on us in fontana but it never stoo...and yeah that is the reason we started recrtuiting in the west side not because sf claims to have kkicked us out lol!!

Let me correct myself. Not the PAGE itself, but the article/book that was linked. You guys linked the page to a book, and i read the book. It had the injunction info on CSL, SCO,5X, DHB, CGC, ESV, ESR, PSO, HHS and i think that was it for this area. That book was written in 2007 and the author is well-known law enforcement.

oh yeah i think wsv got another more recent injunction but i may be wrong...
