SB man killed in Fontana (SB, actually)

A San Bernardino man was found dead about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of West Foothill Boulevard in Fontana.

Isaiah Deshawn Brutus, 29, of San Bernardino was found lying down in the parking lot of a strip mall, according to a press release issued by the San Bernardino Police Department.

According to the press release, SBPD officers were called to the scene of a shooting. Officers on scene reported the victim had sustained gunshot wounds.

Medical aid arrived on scene and determined the victim to be deceased.

The motive for the shooting as well as the identity of any suspects are unknown, according to the press release, and the investigation is continuing.

You're right, this is DIRECTLY in the 5 times hood. I don't know why they reported it as Fontana, since it was actually in San Bernardino city limits.
