Two men were shot and one later died Friday evening in the Mira Loma area of Riverside.

Riverside County sheriff's deputies arrived on the 5700 block of Dodd Street to find two men suffering from gunshot wounds shortly after receiving a 6:43 p.m. emergency call, according to a sheriff's report. Investigators are searching for suspects.

Both victims were transported to an area hospital, where Joaquin Garibay, 33, of Mira Loma, died. The other victim was treated for his injuries and released.

Investigators from the Riverside County Sheriff's Central Homicide Unit and the Riverside County Sheriff's Jurupa Valley Station are investigating the incident.
